Patience is required. Coding or color, there is an art in web design and what I do which is not easily articulated via text and email. Inspiration comes in a flash and takes time to create. Overall, everyone at American Web coders has been professional, courteous and patient. I wish I'd had a better understanding of how much upscale in cost there would be at the time I'd suggested certain edits. That said, my website will clearly be a work of art and represent myself and its code builders well.
